Refund policy
Overview
JBB ATV offers a 90 return policy on all unopened merchandise.
OEM parts may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Refunds
If you need to return an item for a refund, please contact ridersupport@jbbatv.com for instructions. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping costs will not be credited.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact ridersupport@jbbatv.com for instructions. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping for the new item.
Warranty
Please see the individual product pages for product specific warranty information. If you need to warranty an item, please contact ridersupport@jbbatv.com for instructions. There will be no shipping charges related to warranty claims.
